| Strain description | A strain derived from Kirschbaum Memorial Mouse Colony. Spont. mammary cancer incidence 80% in breeding females, less than 5% in vrgins - enhanced after methylcholanthrene. High incidence of hyperplastic alveolar nodules correlated with pregnancy. Reticular tissue neoplasms, primarily histocytomas, 4% in breeding females, 12% in males. Reciprocal skin grafts with Af/BiKi not accepted. |
