|Strain description||AS071 (dSINE) -lacZ transgenic mice lacking SINE. AS071, one AmnSINE1 locus is a distal enhancer for Fgf8 expressed in the developing diencephalon. The expression pattern of lacZ driven by AS071 partially resembles that of diencephalic Fgf8 (dorsal midline and lateral wall and ventral).|
