C57BL/6 background. Floxed mice (RBRC06522): A frt-flanked neo cassette was removed by crossing with CAG-FLPe mice. KO mice (RBRC06523): A frt-flanked neo cassette was removed by crossing with CAG-FLPe mice, and then the exon 2 was removed by crossing with CAG-Cre mice.
