The RECIPIENT agrees to use this BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE as a collaboration with the DEPOSITOR.RECIPIENT must contact the DEPOSITOR in the case of application for any patents or commercial use based on the results from the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE. RECIPIENT which wants to use the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE for the purpose other than education or research in non-profit organization is requested to enter into a Material Transfer Agreement with Osaka University.
