Strain description | Knock-in mice for Cre-dependent overexpression of human EWSR1/ATF1 fusion protein. A FLAG-HA tag was fused to EWSR1/ATF1 C-terminally. A DNA fragment of loxP-STOP-loxP-EWSR1/ATF1 was knocked in at the Rosa26 locus. |
