Strain description C1V1-EYFP(E122T/E162T) is expressed after both Cre- and FLP-recombination. The transgene construct is knocked into Rosa26 BAC. This modified BAC was used for Tg mouse production. To achieve high-level transgene expression, C1V1-EYFP is expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence is inserted into 3'UTR region. R26 BAC::pCAG-LF-C1V1-EYFP line (RBRC06588), R26 BAC::pCAG-LoxP-C1V1-EYFP line (RBRC06589) (FRT-Stop-FRT cassette was removed by crossing pCAG-FLPe strain), R26 BAC::pCAG-FRT-C1V1-EYFP line (RBRC06590) (LoxP-Stop-LoxP cassette was removed by crossing TNAP-Cre strain).
