Strain description B6;129P2-Sytl1<tm1Mitf>. Slp (Synaptoagmin-like protein) is a Rab family of low-molecular-G protein, and known as a molecule implicated in the Rab27-dependent membrane transport. Homozygous mutant mice shows an increased number of zymogen granules in the pancreatic acinar cells.
